These Terms of Service govern access to and use of ManageLet, operated by Lender Pro UK Limited. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to the terms below.

1. Service Description

We provide cloud-based landlord management software that includes rent tracking, tenant management, compliance reminders, document storage, and financial reporting features.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain account security, including password protection
  • Use the service lawfully
  • Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the platform or other users' data

3. Access and Billing

  • Features are currently available through a single free-access offering, which may change later
  • Billing terms and notice periods are published before changes take effect
  • Accounts may be suspended or limited for non-payment or misuse

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all property data, tenant data, and uploaded documents. ManageLet does not claim ownership of your content.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManageLet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss, corruption, or unauthorized access of data, service interruptions, or errors. Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their account credentials, backing up data, and making final decisions based on the platform outputs.

6. No Guarantee

The service is provided "as-is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, security against hacking, or that outputs will meet every user requirement.

7. Security Disclaimer

While ManageLet uses industry-standard protocols to protect your information, no system is completely immune to cyberattacks, data breaches, or unauthorized access. You acknowledge that using the service is at your own risk and that we are not responsible for data theft, loss, or compromise due to external attacks.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control, including network failures, data-center outages, cyber incidents, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent activity, abuse, or non-payment.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
